摘要
配件供应是汽车4S店提供优质售后服务的重要保证,然而由于汽车配件种类繁多、需求不一,给配件管理带来一定的难度。文中在简单阐述精益管理和流程管理的理论基础上,从配件管理流程入手,提出做好预测、制定合理的库存控制策略、运输优化、储位管理等6个方面的管理策略。
Parts supply is an important guarantee for automobile 4S shop to provide the high quality post-sale service. However, because of great variety, the requirement various and many, it brings certain difficulty for the parts management. After elaborating simply of Lean management and Process management theory, the article propose to do a good job in forecasting, to establish likely control strategy, transportation optimization, storage management, and other places of the six aspects of management strategy.
