摘要
目的探讨被动吸烟对健康女性血管内皮舒张功能的影响。方法采用超声肱动脉内径测量法,观察被动吸烟组34例和对照组36例受检者血流介导的和硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉内径变化。结果被动吸烟组与对照组肱动脉内径基础值间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组硝酸甘油介导的及血流介导的肱动脉血管内径间差异均有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论被动吸烟导致健康女性血管内皮舒张功能损伤并引起血管内皮舒张功能改变。
Objective To study the effect of vascular endothelial dilatation function in healthy woman in passive smokers. Methods Brachial artery internal diameters were measured by ul - trasonie. The changes of brachial artery internal diameters by flow - mediated and nitroglycerin - induced were observed in passive smokergroup and control group （each 70 cases）. Results Brachi - al artery basic internal diameters were no significant difference among the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Changes of brachial artery internal diameters by flow - mediated and nitroglycerin - induced were significant difference between passive smoker group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Passive smoking induces healthy woman to damage vascular endothelial dilatation function, and the changes more damagevascular endothelial dilatation function.
