摘要 目的研究不同免疫学方法检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c%)结果的相关性及各种因素对检验结果的影响。方法同一组标本分别用胶乳凝集抑制法和胶乳凝集反应法进行HbA1c%检测,分析两种检测结果的相关性及某些因素对检测的影响。结果在严格遵守操作程序的情况下,两种方法检测HbA1c%结果具有较好的一致性;一定范围内加样精度的偏差对使用直接混匀标本检测HbA1c%值影响不显著;而对离心法影响显著。结论使用离心标本检测HbA1c%的方法影响因素相对较多,在标本离心、使用加样器及吸取标本等环节均需严格控制,以保证结果的准确性。 Objective Studies the relevance of different immunology method examine glycated hemoglobin ( HbA1c% ) result and the influence of various factors to the test result. Methods The identical group specimen uses latex agglutination inhibition assay and the latex agglutination assay carries on HbA1c% examination, analysis results relevance and influencing of certain factors on the examination. Results in the case of strict compliance with operational procedures, the results of two methods of examining HbA1c% have good consistency; the accuracy deviation of drawing specimen within a certain range, influence has no significant effect for used direct mixing sample examine HbA1c% value; But is remarkable to the centrifuge process influence. Conclusion The influencing factor to be relatively high to the method of use centrifugal specimen examines HbA1c%, in the specimen centrifuge, using Pipette and draw specimen links and so on type needs the strict control, to ensure the accuracy of results.
