血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1与扩张型心肌病关系研究进展

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,PAI-1)是脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪细胞因子。它们参与整个机体能量代谢,并与扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)的心脏扩大、心室重构、心功能程度以及血管栓塞密切相关。
