摘要
目的探讨医院后勤服务社会化管理的效果。方法自2006年开始我院采用竞标方式引入后勤服务社会化管理模式。结果经过3年的运作,后勤服务社会化降低了成本经济,提高了社会效益,医护人员、患者、患者家属满意度进一步提高,实现了多赢。结论医院后勤服务社会化管理可有效解决优化资源配置问题,具有"实效性",即既能满足需要又能降低成本。
Objective To investigate the management of hospital logistics to serve the community the effect. Methods In 2006 the introduetion of a competitive proeess in our hospital logistics to serve the community management model. Results After three years of operation, logistics, lower costs to serve the community of the economy and improving soeial benefits, health care workers, patients, family members of patients satisfaction further improved. Implemented a win -win situation. Conclusion To serve the community hospital logistics management can be an effective solution to optimize resource alloeation, with " effective", that both meet the needs but also reduce costs.
