The employment of arts students in higher vocational colleges is to be stern day by day now,so we must take it seriously,widening employment approach,and improving employment rate,according to the arts students characteristics.Through the analysis and solution of the problem that exists in student s career planning.,this paper puts forward correct method to help and guide art students step into the society smoothly,and give them advice on how to realize employment.
