高职复合型人才培养的需求调查与研究

The Survey and Study on the Requirement of Compound Talents' Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

主要阐述了高等教育的大众化,使精英教育转向以培养应用型人才为主的多元化教育。通过调研,从中发现高职院校办学存在的问题,高职教育人才供给与经济社会发展需求之间的主要矛盾,从人才供给总量不足逐渐变成所供给人才的质量和素质能否满足各行业的现实需要,正是这一点,使市场对用人才的需求也由专业单一需求转向复合型人才需求。

This paper mainly expounds the popularization of higher education,talents education turning to the diversified education of training applied talents.Through the survey,it finds some problems in the running of higher vocational colleges,which is the main contradiction between talents supply of higher education and the social need of economic development.The insufficiency of talents supply gradually becomes whether talents quality can satisfy the practical need of all industries,which makes talents＇ need of market shift from professional single demand to compound talent＇s demand.
