摘要
应用扫描电镜比较了单独机械根面平整,不同能量的脉冲Nd:YAG激光单独照射,机械根面平整前、后激光照射正常离体牙根引起的形态变化。结果发现:根面平整可引起根面出现许多器械刮痕,放大后呈许多不规则碎屑组成的玷污层;激光照射可清洁,干燥牙根表面,蒸发玷污层;表面呈熔岩状改变;根面平整前、后激光照射,大部分区域呈激光照射后特征性结构变化,有些区域表面有刮痕并存在牙骨质剥脱。
A SEM study was conducted to observe the root surface alterations of extracted teeth after Nd:YAG laser radiation, root planing or combination both of them. The results indicated: The surface of the root-planed specimens exhibited many parallel instrument tracks which was a smear layer consistent of numerous irregular debris at higher magnification. The laser radiation could clean and dry the root surfaces, evaporate the smear layer, form lava-like surfaces. When combinating the root planing and the laser radiation treatment, many areas appeared the changes as that of laser radiation, some appeared tracts and cementum peeling. we discussed the clinical meaning and the possibility of using Nd:YAG laser subsidiary treating periodontal diseases.
