扫描电镜观察磨光糊剂对牙根表面的影响

The Effects of Prophy-Paste on the Root Surfaces Observed with the Scanning Electron Microscope.

本研究旨在观察磨光糊剂抛光牙周治疗后的牙根面，其光滑程度及结构的变化。选择１５颗因重度牙周炎而拔除的双尖牙，随机平均分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三组，分别用超声波洁牙机洁治、手工刮治、超声洁治＋喷粉抛光处理牙根面后，再用磨光糊剂抛光，用扫描电镜对比观察牙根表面的光滑和磨损程度。结果表明抛光前，光滑程度Ｂ＞Ａ＞Ｃ组，磨损程度为Ｂ＞Ｃ＞Ａ组；抛光后其光滑程度均比以前明显提高，以Ｃ组最为光滑；磨损程度Ｃ＞Ｂ＞Ａ组。提示在牙周病治疗和维持治疗中，磨光糊剂抛光牙根面，能去净残留牙石，能使表面光洁平滑，但不能忽视其磨损作用。

The purpose of the study was to observe the effects of Prophy-Paste on the root surfaces after periodontal treatment. 15 premolars extracted from the patients with serious periodontitis were randomly assigned to A,B,C groups. After treated respectively with ultrasonic scaler、 hand instrumetns and ultrasonic+airpolishing device, the root surfaces were polished with Prophy-Paste and rubber cup. Smooth and abrasive degrees were observed with the scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the root surfaces were much smoother after polishing than before, the abrasive degree was A<B<C group. It is suggested that the root surfaces can become smoother by polishing with Prophy-Paste and rubber cup in periodontal treatment, but the negative aspects should be considered.
