摘要
高职探究式教学模式中,教师的角色定位不再是知识的传授者,而是学生学习的"引路人"。教师职业素质要求,在高职院校探究式教学的实践中得到了充分体现,为实现教师角色的新定位,需要教师从思想观念、知识结构、工作方式和行为方式等方面挑战自己,改变自己和完善自己。
Teachers role orientation in higher vocational researched teaching mode is not only an initiator of knowledge,but also the guide of students learning.The vocational quality requirement of teachers gets fully embodiment in researched teaching practice of higher vocational colleges.In order to realize the new teachers role orientation,teachers need to challenge themselves in thought concept,knowledge structure,working form and behavior form to improve and perfect themselves.
