现代新型农民的塑造路径探析

On the Path of Building new modern farmers

社会的现代化前提条件是人的现代化,我国的全面现代化离不开农民的现代化。改革开放以来,中国农村发生了翻天覆地的变化,有部分农民已跨入现代化的门槛,但就中国广大农民而言,其很多方面不能满足社会主义新农村建设的需要。笔者提出从加强农民培训力度、拓宽社区教育领域、构建乡风文明体系、强化社会干预力度、培养农民的自我反思意识五个方面来塑造现代新型农民。

The Pre-condition of the modernization of society is the modernation of people,overall modernization of agriculture and farmers is indispensable for modernizationg of our country.Rural areas in china has undergone enormous change since since reform and opening up.there are parts of farmers having already acrossed into modern threshold,However,in regard to large farmer in China,it can not meet the needs of building new socialist countryside.On the base of summarizing the actuality of modernization,the paper proposed that Building new modern farmers from strengthening farmer training,broaden the field of community education,building rural civilization system,and strengthen social intervention efforts and foster self awareness of the farmers
