摘要
为探讨戊型肝炎病人血清sIL-2R水平变化及其临床意义、分别对65的戊肝病人急性期及恢复期血清进行了sIL-2R、ALT及T-Ril水平动态测定.结果显示,戊肝极期及恢复期血清sIL-2R水平均显著高于恢复期、各组间sIL-2R水平存在显著性差异(P<0.01～0.05);sIL-2R水平与同期血清ALT及T-Bil呈显著的正相关,r值分别为0.56(P<0.01)和0.38(P<0.05);戊肝极期sIL-2R水平与戊肝病程中肝功能恢复所需的时间呈非常显著的正相关, r值为0.58(P<0.01),而其下降速度则与肝功能恢复所需时间是非常显著的负相关.r值为-0.67(P<0.01).提示,细胞免疫在戊型肝炎致病中起重要作用,sIL-2R水平及动态监测可较好地反映戊型肝炎的病情变化.
To study the change of sIL-2R level in serum(slL-2R) of patients with HEV infection and its significance, the serums of 65 patients suffered from HE were detected during the acute and convalescent stages in order to determine the change of sIL-2R. ALT and total Bilirubin levels. The results showed that sIL-2R levels in both acute and convalescent stages were significantly increased as compared with that of the control group,and it was higher in the acute stage than in the convalescent stage. There was an obvious difference among different groups (P<0. 01~ 0.05). The sIL-2R level was positively related to those of ALT and T-Bilirubin in the same serum(γ=0. 56,P<0. 01 ;γ=0. 38.P<0. 05),and also to the phase for patients with HEV infection from acute state to recovery state(γ= 0. 58 ,P<0. 01) .which was negatively related to the falling speed of sIL-2R level(r= - 0. 67.P<0. 01 ). It seemed that cellular immunity played an important role in HEV development which could be estimated by dynamic measurement of sIL-2R level.
