摘要
近年来我国大豆进口贸易规模迅速扩大,进口依存度不断上升。这一局面的形成主要是由于受到我国大豆减产、大豆需求增加、大豆加工企业盲目扩张;我国履行WTO承诺,降低大豆进口关税;外资企业控制我国大豆进口等多种因素的影响。为促进我国大豆产业的可持续发展,应制定科学的发展规划,加大扶持力度,建立准确、高效的信息服务系统;加大科研投入,打造绿色品牌;优化大豆产业结构,走集群式发展道路。
In recent years,the scale of Chinese soybean import trade has expanded rapidly and the degree of trade dependence has a persistent rising. The main reasons for this situation are that Chinese soybean output decreased but the demand for soybeans increased; the enterprises of soybean processing expanded blindly and rapidly and so on. We should formulate a science programming and take effective measures to support soybean industry; establish accurate and efficient information service systems; enhance the investment of scientific research continuously and make the green brand; optimize the structure of soybean industry and take the cluster-type development road. Only in tiffs way can we make the soybean industry develop in a sound way.
