我国企业对外直接投资区位选择的影响因素分析

通过运用多元线性回归模型对我国企业对外直接投资区位选择的影响因素进行分析。结果表明:东道国的经济开放度、经济发展类型、东道国与我国的贸易量大小以及两国间文化的相似性等因素与我国企业对外直接投资的区位选择之间存在着正的相关性;东道国的生产要素成本与我国企业对外直接投资的区位选择之间存在着负的相关性;东道国市场规模因素对我国企业对外直接投资的区位选择也存在一定影响,但影响不显著。

With a Linear Regression method, the author analyses the factors determining the location choice of China enterprises＇ foreign direct investment（FDI）. The result suggests that the following four factors had a positive effect on the location choice of China enterprises＇ FDI, including the opening degree of the host country＇ s economy, country type, the trade scale between the host contry and China, and the similar culture background. The factor costs had a negative effect on the location choice of China enterprises＇ FDI. The market scale also affected the location choice of China enterprises＇ FDI, but not statistically significant.
