我国的高校辅导员制度从设立到现在已历经半个多世纪,随着社会和经济的不断转型和发展,不同的时代赋予了辅导员不同的任务。通过对当前辅导员角色冲突和正在进行的高校组织再造的形势分析,探讨新形势下辅导员的角色新内容。

China's college counselor system has gone through half a century from its establishment.With the continuous social and economic transformation and development,the different times gave different tasks to the counselor.Through analysis of the current counselor role conflict and the situation of the ongoing reorganization of colleges and universities,the article explored the new role content of counselor under the new situation.
