摘要
从内因和外因两方面分析大学生创新能力培养程中存在着诸多阻抗因素,究其根源主要是:在教学目标的定位上主要注重知识的传播而忽视创新能力培养;在教学组织上存在着与现实及客观规律不适应的现象;在专业设置上存在着过细过窄的现象;在大学生评价上表现出单向度评价方式等。为此,提出对大学生创新能力的培养应从理念层面、课程层面、教师层面、评价层面、活动层面系统着手。
From the analysis of both internal and external training process innovation ability of university students that there are a lot of resistance factors, traced back mainly the origin ; the orientation of the teaching goals focused primarily on the dissemination of knowledge while neglect the innovation ability training; the teaching organization exists the phenomenon not suited to the reality and the objective laws; in a professional setting that there are too meticulous and narrow; in the evaluation of university students demonstrated one-dimensional evaluation of methods. To this end, the cultivation of innovative ability of college students should start systematically from the aspects of the conceptual, course, teacher, evaluation and the activity.
