错位发展:高职院校学科建设的创新战略——基于南京特殊教育职业技术学院跨越式发展的个案研究

Dislocation Development: the Innovation Strategy of Vocational Discipline Construction——Take the Leap-forward Development of Nanjing Special Educati on Vocational and Technical College as a Case

通过对学科建设的理性思考和系统分析,认为加强学科建设是促进高职院校可持续发展的必然选择,而错位发展则为高职院校突破学科建设瓶颈、实现跨越式发展的创新战略举措。结合南京特殊教育职业技术学院的办学实际,提出了实现跨越式发展的错位发展战略三基点:"学科建设特色化"、"学科建设科学化"和"学科建设与科研一体化";从"重点学科建设"、"学科结构优化"、"学科基地建立"、"学科队伍建设"和"学术环境营造"等五方面,探讨了促进学科建设与专业建设等可持续发展问题。

After the rational thinking and systematic analysis of discipline construction, the article thinks that to enhance the discipline construction is an inevitable choice to promote sustainable development of higher vocational college, while the dislocation development was a innovative strategic move to breakthrough the disciplines construction bottleneck in Higher Vocational Schools, and achieve the leap-forward development. Integrating the practice of Nanjing special education, vocational and technical college actually, the article put forward the three basis strategy points of the dislocation development of realizing the leap-forward development： ＂disciplines differentiation characteristics＂ and ＂scientific disciplines construction＂ and the ＂integration of disciplines construction and research＂; and explore the sustainable development issues of promoting the disciplines construction and major construction from the five aspects of ＂key disciplines construction＂, ＂subject structural optimization＂, ＂discipline base for the establishment＂, ＂academic team building ＂ and ＂create an academic environment＂,.
