摘要
针对现实情况下毕业论文这一传统模式不适应高职发展的表现,提出了毕业设计(论文)—顶岗实习一体化模式,即学生在顶岗实习的同时进行毕业设计(论文)。此模式通过构建校企合作机制,从企业生产实际选题、专兼职教师共同指导、校企协同管理与评价,是可行的和有效的。
The article analyzes that graduation design carried out in college is not suitable to high vocational development and puts forward that the integration model of the graduation design and taking post practice, the students complete their graduation design （dissertation） while they practice in industry. The model is practical and efficient by constructing college-enterprise cooperation mechanism, choosing practical topic from enterprises, co-teaching by teachers, managing and commenting by college and enterprises.
