摘要
运用农业科技转化的系统理论,分析探讨台湾地区农业科技成果转化的制度环境子系统、组织结构子系统、提供资助服务资源子系统和转化机制子系统,揭示台湾地区农业科技转化系统的基本特征与成效,为加快福建农业科技成果的转化提供借鉴与思考。
According to the theory about agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation system, the subsystems of institution environment, organization structure, funding service resource and transformation mechanism in agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation in Taiwan Region is analyzed to reveal the major characteristics and effects of agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation system in Taiwan Region, so as to provide references for accelerating Fujian agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation.
