福建省建设资源节约型和环境友好型现代农业生产体系的思考

根据发展资源节约型和环境友好型现代农业生产体系的理论依据,分析了福建省资源节约、环境友好农业发展的紧迫性以及制约因素,并提出了促进福建资源节约、环境友好农业发展的4点对策建议:(1)深入开展宣传,唤起全民共识:(2)加大科技投入,构建技术支撑;(3)规划两型农业,构建生产体系;(4)规范管理程序,建立长效机制。

According to the theory basis of developing a resource - conserving and environment-friendly modern agricultural produc- tion system, the urgency and constraints of resource-conserving and environment-friendly agriculture development in Fujian are analyzed, 4 countermeasures for promoting are proposed as follows. （ 1 ） Carry on the publicity and foster the common awareness. （ 2 ） Increase scientific and technological input and set up technological support. （ 3 ） Plan two types of agriculture and build the production system. （ 4） Standardize management procedure and establish long-effect mechanism.
