农业上市公司资本结构与财务综合绩效关系实证研究

Empirical study on the relationship between the capital structure and the financial performance of the listed agricultural companies

以11家农业上市公司为研究对象,运用因子分析法来得到样本综合绩效,再用回归分析法来研究资本结构与财务综合绩效的关系。研究结果表明农业上市公司资本结构存在最优区间,但同时也要求上市公司股权结构合理调整、债权的监督约束机制加强以及上市公司整体财务管理水平不断提高,才能充分发挥公司资本结构对财务综合绩效的正向影响。

Taking 11 public listed agricultural companies as the samples, factor analysis is used to obtain their performance data, and regression analysis is conducted to explore the relationship between the capital structure of a company and its financial perform- ance. The results show that the optimal capital structure of the sample companies lies in an interval. But the listed agricultural corn- parties are demanded to rationally adjust their equity capital structure, strengthen their inspection of creditors＇ fights and constantly improve their overall financial management, in order to give full play to the positive influence of the capital structure on the financial performance.
