摘要
以输入与输出为理论依据,探讨窄式阅读对英语写作成绩的影响。调查结果发现:窄式阅读对英语写作成绩能够产生积极影响,尤其对写作成功者影响更大,条件是阅读材料必须是学生可理解但又稍高于学生英语水平的。同时,写作成功者比失败者更能够积极、主动地汲取源材料信息。
On the basis of input and output theory, this paper intends to explore the effect of narrow reading on writing performance in English. The results show that narrow reading will exert an active effect on writing performance in English , especially on the good writer, but the condition is that the pre-writing materials should be comprehensible and the difficulty should be a little higher than the students' language ability. Meanwhile, good English writers have larger capacity than poor writers to draw the useful information from the source materials actively.
