17例潜突型、哑铃型舌下腺囊肿行口内进路改良手术+口内开窗+颌下区加压术治疗体会

17 Cases Dives Dumbbell Sublingual Gland Cyst in the Line by Improvement Surgery in the Window of Mouth Submandibular Area Pressure Treatment Experience

目的探讨潜突型、哑铃型舌下腺囊肿的临床诊断及治疗方法。方法对17例潜突型、哑铃型舌下腺囊肿患者临床诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析总结。结果采用口内进路改良手术+口内开窗+颌下区加压术治疗17例潜突型、哑铃型舌下腺囊肿均痊愈,疗程短,无1例复发。结论口内进路改良手术+口内开窗+颌下区加压术是治疗潜突型、哑铃型舌下腺囊肿的有效方法,创伤小、疗程短、不影响美观。

Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of dives dumbbell sublingual gland cyst. Methods Be retrospectively analyzed reviewed the clinical diagnosis and treatment of seventeen patients with potential axon,dumbbell sublingual gland cyst. Results the improvement of operation by the path in the window of mouth under pressure jaw area treatment, 17 cases of dumbbell,latent axon sublingual gland cyst were cured,short course,with no recurrence. Conclusion The method is effective which treats the latent,axon dumbbell sublingual gland of cyst with the improvement surgery by the path in the window of mouth under pressure jaw area,trauma,short course,do not affect beautiful.
