新能源汽车发展总体趋势遵循节能和环保2大主题。文章介绍了新能源汽车发展的规划和路径,并对镍氢电池、锂电池和燃料电池进行了比较。从5个方面阐述了新能源汽车发展的难点和各地政府从政策补贴和采购对新能源汽车发展的支持,指出从有利于技术进步角度考虑,须避免地方保护主义。

Nowadays, the two main topics of new energy vehicles remain energy-saving and environment-friendly. This paper introduces the development plans and ways of the new energy vehicles and compares the nickel-hydrogen battery, lithium battery and fuel cell. From 5 aspects, this paper also points out the difficulties of the development of new energy vehicles as well as government＇s support of the development of the new energy vehicles through government subsidy and purchasing, pointing out that the local protectionism must be avoided so as to promote technological development.
