Technical Status of Light-duty Vehicle Diesel Engine in China

随着排放法规的日益严格,国内轻型车用柴油机技术面临更严峻的挑战,加快技术创新步伐,实现产业升级刻不容缓。文章介绍了我国轻型车用柴油机产品技术现状,典型产品的性能指标和技术特点,阐述了国内轻型柴油机新产品开发的3种模式和产品开发存在的问题,指出随着我国排放法规的日益严格,要加快轻型车用柴油机的产业调整,推进行业技术升级,促进行业整合和技术进步,提高国际市场竞争力。

With the emission regulations increasingly strict in China, light-duty vehicle diesel engine technology is faced with severe challenges, accelerating technological innovation and realizing industry upgrade is more urgent. Technical status, performance index, structure feature of light-duty vehicle diesel engine at present is analyzed. Three modes of new product development and existing problems of light-duty vehicle diesel engine in domestic product development process are described. It is indicated that with the increasingly serious emission regulation, speed up light-duty vehicle diesel engine industrial adjustment, boost industrial technical upgrade, promote industry integration and technology advancement and improve competitiveness in international market.
