在汽车整车设计开发过程中,内饰件的设计开发占有很重要的地位,内饰件的间隙面差是整车制造精度的很好体现,内饰件的配合与设计有密不可分的关系。文章介绍了一些内饰件的设计开发经验,总结了在设计前期一定要充分对比成熟结构,防止低级设计失误的发生。通过这些整改,整车内外饰精细水平能得到很大的提升。指出前期设计失误对生产有很严重的影响,同样会加重工人的劳动强度,因此一定要尽量避免。

Design of interior trimming parts is of great importance in the automotive designing process, the gap disparity of the interior trimming parts is the representation of automotive production precision. The interior trimming parts matching and design is impartible in the whole production process. Some experiences in interior trimming parts designing are introduced. In the designing prophase completely compare of structure is needed to avoid elementary mistakes before designing. The exquisite level of interior trimming parts and exterior trimming parts is improved through doing this. It is indicated that prophase designing mistake has important influence on production as well as increasing workers＇ working intensity, so we must avoid it before designing.
