文章介绍了高可靠性电力二次系统建设方案。方案基于全面防护、突出重点、分层分区、强化边界、简单性和可靠性的基本原则进行设计,结合先进的信息技术,实现了电力二次系统的安全防护,提高了系统的可靠性,保障电力系统的正常稳定运行,满足电力二次系统建设要求。实际应用表明该方案达到了设计要求,具有很好的实际效果。
The construction scheme of a highly reliable electric secondary system is presented. Worked out on principles of all-round protection with focus on key points, layer& zone based, boundary intensify, simplicity and reliability, the scheme achieves with advanced information technology objectives to protect the electric secondary system, improve its reliability, and ensure its normal and steady operation. The scheme meets design requirements through practical application with desirable effect.
