摘要 文章主要介绍了长洲水利枢纽内江工程混凝土施工期温控措施。针对广西地区气温变幅大,高温持续时段长,内江工程采用优化混凝土设计指标及配合比、拌制低温混凝土、混凝土运输过程中遮阳保温、改善混凝土施工浇筑工艺、优化机械设备配置、进行人工冷却、浇水养护、加布防裂钢筋、科学合理安排等施工措施,满足了混凝土浇筑温控要求,有效地防止了坝体产生裂缝。 Measures to control the temperature of concrete engineering for works on the inner river of Changzhou Hydraulic Complex are introduced. As the temperature changes greatly and period of hot clays lasts long in Guangxi, a series of measures are taken for works on the inner river to control the temperature of concrete placement and to effectively prevent cracks on the dam body, including optimization of concrete design index and mix ratio, low-temperature concrete mixing, sunshade and heat preservation for concrete during delivery, improvement of concrete placement technology, optimization of mechanical equipment configuration, artificial cooling, maintenance by watering, application-of anti-crack reinforced steel bar, scientific and rational arrangement, etc.
