纵观社会保障发展的历史过程,各国的社会保障法都是经历了巨大的社会变化而产生的。英国不仅是社会保障的发源地之一,而且也是社会保障法的萌芽之地,有必要对英国社会保障法的演变和改革进行梳理,对中国社会保障法提出可借鉴的地方。

In the development of social security, it is obvious that social security laws in most countries came into being after a huge social transformation. Among others, Britain is not only the cradle land of social security but also the one of social security law. In order to put forward effective suggestions to China social security law, it is necessary to review the development and reformation of the law in Britain.
