福建省土地集约利用动态变化及对策探讨

The Dynamic Changes of Intensive Land-use of Fujian Province and the Discussion on Countermeasures

根据福建省1996年和2007年的土地利用变更数据及一些经济指标,采用特尔斐法与定性和定量分析相结合的方法,对福建省土地集约利用水平动态变化情况及存在的问题进行了分析研究。结果表明:在研究时段内,福建省土地集约利用水平有了很大幅度的提高,但仍存在耕地面积减少、非农业建设用地扩展迅速、土地利用方式粗放等问题。在此基础上,提出一些对福建省土地集约利用有一定的实用价值和指导意义的对策。

According to the data of Fujian land utilization alteration from 1996 to 2007 and some economic indicators, by using the Delphi forecasting method as well as the combination method of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, an analysis has been done to deal with the dynamic changes of intensive land-use and the current problems of Fujian. The research shows that during the said period the in- tensive land-use level of Fujian has been improved dramatically but problems still exist such as farmland decreasing too much, non-agricul- tural land extending too fast and lat^d utilizing too extensively. Based on this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures which are practical and instructional for intensive land-use of Fujian Province.
