本文在分析探讨城市土地集约利用的概念和内涵的基础上,以节约土地并体现经济、社会、环境三者可持续发展为出发点,从投入强度、使用强度、承载程度、利用效益、结构布局、生态环境等六个评价层面构建了城市土地集约利用综合评价指标体系,并对体系内各评价指标元素做了深入解析。

According to the concept and meaning of urban land intensive use, saving land and the sustainable development of economy, society and enviroment, this paper constructed an index system of comprehensive evaluation of urban land intensive use based on the six appraisal aspects of input intensity, use intensity, load degree, use efficiency, structural depth and ecological environment. And The author also particularly analyzed each elements of the evaluation index.
