Complete mechanized heading operational line(OMHOL) consists of AM-50 header, stage loader, belt conveyor, flight conveyor, dust-fan, auxiliary fan and mobile transformer. Advance rates of CMHOL achieved 12189 m in 1987 and 11552 m in 1988. Experience of high advance rate is considering relationship between full machanized driving rapid advance and moving from one face to another frequetly; cutting coal from top to bottom, left to right, then from right to left; moving coal out by header, stager loader and conveyors; roadways supporting by trapezoid I steel support, spacing 0.8 m away, coal conveying by upper belt of belt conveyor, support, bottom; ventilating by auxiliary fan, wet dusting by dust-fan, also spraying and watering for dusting; adopting some measures for header moving, passing faults and turning; impvoving crew organizetion.
