摘要 介绍这种井壁结构及其功能、施工设备、凿井设施和施工方法。 Auxiliary shaft, 8 m in dia. and 737 m in depth, at Donghuantuo colliery, Kailuan Bureau, is built adopting composite shaft Walling construction. Composite shaft Walling construction consists of 0.75m cast in situ reinforced concrete, 8 mm steel plate, 0.25m asphalt layer, 0.3 m concrete block and 0.1m grouting layer from inside to outside. Reinforced concrete and steel plate are permanent shaft walling bearing ground and ground-water pressures. Asphalt layer is mixture of 200# liquid asphalt and rock powder, specific gravity of 1.3 g/cm^3, and takes waterproofing and sliding layer effect. Grouting alyer forms outside shaft walling and packs uneven places.Procedure Construction procedure of composite shaft walling are as follows; Unfrozen and frozen earth are excavated by blasting and grabbing. Qutside shaft walling is built by cement blocks and wood-lined plates till 208.2m in depth below weathered base rock zone. Concreting supporting ring, constructing main shaft walling base and welding steel plate are finished successively. Steel plate layer is 9 m high. Then binding reinforced bars of inside shaft walling, building formwork and concreting inside shaft walling are finished one after another When concreting liner is 60 m high, pour mixture of asphalt and rock powder into space between outside shaft walling of concrete blocks and concreted inside shaft walling. Repeat aforesaid procedure until finishing all the jobs.
