How to set up the land contract management transfer market in order to guide correctly the rural land contract management has become a hotspot of current research, so, this article take the shanxi as an example to introduce the current form of land contract management and find some questions about the land contract management market as follows： the development of land contract management market is slow; the price mechanisms of land transfer is not perfect; and the main land transfer is not clear. This paper takes analysis of these issues and makes some suggestions.
