国内外土地利用分区研究概况与展望

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,土地利用的问题及矛盾日益突出,土地利用分区从自然区划及经济区划中脱颖而出,在配置土地资源、优化土地利用结构、规范土地空间开发等方面承担着重要角色。由于我国土地利用分区研究较晚,诸多问题有待进一步研究探讨。在分析国内外相关研究基础上,按照土地利用分区的程序,从土地利用分区的本质内涵、理论基础、空间尺度、划分原则、指标体系、划分方法、实施保障等方面提出意见及展望,以便为将来研究提供一点理论引导。

Along with our country social and economy fast developing, land use question and contradictory prominent day by day, land use zoning from natural zoning and economic zoning blooming, in disposition aspects and land resource, optimization land use structure, standard land space development is undertaking the strong character. But, land use zoning is young in our country, many questions waiting for further studying. In analyzing related research in the domestic and foreign foundation, according to the land use zoning＇s procedure, from land use zoning essential connotation, rationale, spatial criterion, division principle, indicator system, division method, implementation safeguard gives the comment and the predict that in order to provide a theory guidance for the future research.
