浅论刘少奇社会主义民族问题理论的科学性——以海南民族地区的社会改革和发展实践为例

On the Scientificity of Liu Shaoqi＇s Socialist Theory on Ethnic Minority Issues --Social Revolution and Development Practice of Hainan Minority Areas as an Example

文章认为，民族问题理论是刘少奇中国革命和社会主义建设的系列理论的有机组成部分，同时又是目前研究较少的内容，对其进行研究十分必要。且有助于我们更好地理解刘少奇中国革命和社会主义建设的系列理论。从海南民族地区的社会改革和建设实践，可以清晰地让我们看到该理论是科学的，符合中国民族地区的客观实际情况。这是刘少奇在探索中国特色社会主义道路方面所作出的伟大贡献。为此文章从三个方面进行了相关的论证：一、理论形成的历史背景；二、从海南民族地区的社会改革实践看刘少奇民族地区改革宜缓进论；三、海南民族地区的发展实践证实了刘少奇各民族共同繁荣理论的科学性。

Theory on ethnic minority issues is the basic components of Liu Shaoqi＇s theory series on Chinese revolution and socialist construction, while few researches have done on it. Therefore, it＇s necessary to research and understand this theory. From the social revolution and construction practice of Hainan minority areas, we can see that the theory is scientific and conforms to the objective and practical situation of Chinese ethnic minority area, which is the great contribution of Liu in exploring the socialist path with Chinese characteristics. This thesis discusses the problem from following three aspects： first, the historical background of the formation of the theory; second, the theory of slow development with the practice of the social revolution in Hainan minority areas; third, the development practice of Hainan minority areas certifying the scientificity of Liu＇s theory of mutual prosperity.
