钢铁中微量钛的直接催化极谱快速测定

摘要 以一氯乙酸-一氯乙酸钠为缓冲介质(pH2.8),Ti(Ⅳ)在邻苯二酚紫一溴化十六烷基三甲胺一氯酸钾体系中产生一个灵敏的催化波,其峰电位为-0.88V(vs.SCE),Ti(Ⅳ)浓度在0.008~0.24μg·mL^-1范围内与峰电流成正比.不用任何分离可直接测定合金钢及生铁样品中微量钛,并获得满意的结果,方法简单、快速。 In a system containing CH2CICOOH-CH2CICOONa (pH2.8), pyrocatechol(PV), cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB), KCIO3, a sensitive catalytic wave of Ti (Ⅳ)-PV complex was obtained. The peak potential is -0.88V(vs.SCE).The relationship between peak current and concentration of Ti (Ⅳ) is linear in the range of 0.008-0.24μg·mL^-1.The method has been applied to directly determine trace amounts of Ti (Ⅳ) in alloy steel and pig iron without any separation with satisfactory results. The method is simple and rapid.
