摘要
目的探讨人脑星形细胞瘤发生、发展及预后的分子生物学基础。方法应用原位分子杂交技术检测了34例人脑星形细胞瘤组织中bcl┐2基因mRNA表达情况。结果bcl┐2表达阳性率分别为I级星形细胞瘤5/8、II级星形细胞瘤7/12、Ⅲ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤6/14。结论bcl┐2是人脑星形细胞瘤常见被激活的凋亡抑制基因,对人脑星形细胞瘤的发生。
Objective:To explore the molecular biological mechanism of genesis,progress and prognosis in human brain astrocytoma.Methods:Thirty four cases of astrocytoma were detected for bcl 2 gene mRNA expression with a technique of in situ hybridyzation.Results:bcl 2 gene expression was found 5/8 in Grade I cases,7/12 in Grade II cases and 6/14 in Ⅲ~Ⅳ cases.Conclusion:bcl 2 gene is commonly activated in human brain astrocytoma and plays an important role in its genesis,progress and prognosis.
