苯硫脲味盲基因型对苦涩蔬菜味觉能力的影响

摘要 采用阈值法和问卷调查法,对550人的苯硫脲(PTC)味盲基因型进行分析,并对苦涩蔬菜味觉能力进行调查,研究人味盲基因型与苦涩蔬菜味觉能力的关系.结果经χ2检测发现,不同的味觉基因型个体对蔬菜有不同的味觉.人的PTC味盲基因型明显影响人对苦瓜、苦菊、生菜等苦涩味觉的敏感程度. By the increased value method and questionnaire survey,550 people s PTC taste genetypes are analyzed and inquired into the bitter and astringent vegetable sense of taste ability and studied the relation of PTC taste genetype and the bitter and astringent vegetable sense of taste ability.The different PTC taste genetype individual has different senses of taste to the vegetable throughχ 2 examination detection.The person s PTC taste genetype influences person s sensitive degree for balsam pear,chjcory, romaine lettuce and bitter and astringent flavor obviously.
