摘要
CRG桩和大直径随钻跟管桩(DPC桩)均获得了国家发明技术专利。DPC桩是在CRG桩基础上的进一步开发,随钻进实现跟管,无泥浆护壁,保护环境。本文对DPC桩的施工成套设备的研制和施工工艺进行了介绍,施工设备样机已经完成,正在进行工艺试验,初步达到设计技术指标要求,下一步在工程中推广应用。
The DPC pile was developed based on the CRG pile technologies, now, the CRG pile and DPC pile are both granted with the national invent patent. The PHC pipe cased drilling with no mud protection is adapted in DPC pile's construction method, which can consumedly improve the construction efficiency and protect the environment well. The sets of pile machine development and construction method details for DPC pile are introduced in this paper. A set of prototyping machine for DPC pile has been developed and assembled, the verification tests of the construction method's feasibility are under taking now. The elementary testing results show that the prototyping pile machine's technical indexes can reach the designed requirements, and engineering application works can start.
