基于层次分析法(AHP)的人力资源战略柔性测度——以漳州机电企业为例

摘要 随着经营环境的复杂性和多变性的不断增强,越来越多的企业着手实施人力资源柔性管理,进而提升对外部环境和内部环境的动态适应性。基于资源、能力的观点,建立基于战略的人力资源柔性评价指标体系,并结合漳州地区机电企业实际情况,提出人力资源柔性战略的实施途径与举措。 As the complexity and variability of business environment increasing,more and more enterprises begin to implement the flexible management of human resources to improve the dynamic adaptability to respond to external environment and internal envi- ronment.Basexl on the resource and competence view,an evaluating index system is constructed and the ways and initiatives are pro- posed according to the status quo of mechanical and electrical enterprises in Zhangzhou region.
