研究生就业难的根本原因之一在于研究生职业生涯教育缺乏。在研究生职业生涯教育具体实施过程中,要把握一个重点即在重点突出导师作用的前提下,本着全程化、阶段化、个性化三项原则,逐步完善课堂教学、社会实践与个体咨询的三位一体的教育平台,做好研究生职业生涯教育工作。

According to the current graduate employment situation,one of the root causes of the graduate employment difficulty is the abscence of career education.In the implementation of graduate career education,we should give prominence to the role of mentors ,and gradually improve the trinity educational platform which contains classroom teaching, social practice and individual counseling under the principle of full course ,periodization and personalizafion.
