在当今这个以市场经济为主导的时代，社会中的一切行为都要讲究成本。水利工程是关系国计民生的基础行业。如何使国家在水利上的投资落到实处？如何使水利工程真正实现利国利民的目的？这等等的一系列的问题都时刻铭记在每一个水利工作者的心里。这里根据以往的工程管理经验，针对水利工程成本控制的方法以及企业成本控制体系的建立进行一些探讨。
In the era which gives priority to market economy nowadays, all behaviors in the society must focus on the cost. The hydraulic engineering is a basic industry related to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood. How to promote the country to implement the investment on the water resources？ How to realize the purpose of benefiting the country and people through the hydraulic engineering？ All these problems are kept in the mind of each hydraulic worker from time to time. Here according to the former project management experience, some discussions are made on the hydraulic engineering cost control method and establishment of the enterprise cost control system.
