职业教育改革就是要全方位地实现"工学结合",尤其要在课程理念、课程目标、课程模式、课程开发方法和课程内容方面体现"工学结合"的思想。为培养学生的综合职业能力,辽宁省交通高等专科学校在"运输管理实务"课程开发中,以工作过程为载体,以管理一个物流企业运输作业部的整个工作过程为主线,通过组建一个运输作业部门(虚拟企业平台),让学生在虚拟企业平台上运作"业务",初步完成由学生向职业人的转变。

Vocational education reform should carry out combination of working with learning comprehensively,particular in the aspects of curriculum view,curriculum objectives,curriculum model,curriculum development method and curriculum content.In order to cultivate students' comprehensive professional abilities,taking working process as the carrier and managing the whole working process of transportation sector of logistics enterprise as the main clue,Liaoning Higher Technical School of Transportation has successfully transformed students to professionals through establishing a transportation sector and making students operation on virtual enterprise platform.
