摘要
目的探讨前列腺生长因子(PrGF)在良性前列腺增生症(BPH)发生中的作用。方法同位素3H-TdR掺入法测定人正常及BPH前列腺组织匀浆和提纯物中PrGF促传代培养的人包皮成纤维细胞增殖的活性。结果BPH组匀浆和提纯物中的PrGF促包皮成纤维细胞增殖活性均高于正常前列腺组(P<0.005);BPH组和正常组的提纯物在达到一定浓度时显示增殖抑制,表明有PrGF的抑制成分存在;BPH组显示增殖抑制的蛋白浓度高于正常组。结论PrGF活性升高及与其抑制成分的平衡紊乱。
Objective The effects of PrGF in pathogenis of BPH were studied. Method PrGF activity which is mitogenic for human foreskin fibroblast in homegenate culture was detected. Extract of Ammonium sulfate of normal and BPH prostate by 3H TdR were incorporated into DNA. Result Activity of PrGF in homogenate and extract of Ammuninm sulfate of BPH prostate was higher than that of normal prostate(P<0 005), at certain concetrations of PrGF, proliferation were inhibited.The protein concentration of PrGF in BPH was higher than that of normal prostate.Conclusion Aberrant of balance between activity stimulating division and its inhibitors might play an important role in BPH pathogenesis.
