经支气管动脉灌注LAK/IL-2治疗中、晚期肺癌的疗效观察

Clinical observation of advanced lung cancer freated by bronchial artery infusion(BAI) of LAK/IL 2

６０例肺癌患者被随机分成两组（Ａ组、Ｂ组），Ａ组单纯应用ＢＡＩ，Ｂ组则于两次ＢＡＩ间经支气管动脉灌注ＬＡＫ／ＩＬ－２。结果表明，Ａ、Ｂ两种疗法都可不同程度的改变肺癌ＴＮＭ分期，后者略高，Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲａ期肺癌较明显，而对Ⅲｂ及Ⅳ期肺癌效果稍差，使肿瘤有不同程度的缩小或消失，提高了手术的切除率，减少转移与复发。

Sixty lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group A used BAI only, While group B BAI of LAK/IL 2 were used. The results revealed that both therapies can change TNM stage of lung cancer variably, with better results when LAK/IL 2 were used. It is more effective in Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ a stage than in Ⅲ b and Ⅳ stage. The tumor size can be reduced with better operation rate, and metastasis and recurrence can also be reduced.
