The paper conducted a comprehensive introduction and comparative analysis of the evolution of standards, standard name, grade, grade representation method, chemical composition, smelting methods, delivery status, mechanical properties and process performance, group approved the content of rules and so on of China＇s carbon structural steel, which had certain reference value to understand and grasp carbon structural steel standard better.
