摘要
目的 :观察香菇菌多糖对尖锐湿疣 (condylomaacuminatum ,CA)的疗效及免疫调节作用。方法 :将 3 6例CA患者随机分为实验组 (香菇菌多糖加二氧化碳激光治疗 ) 1 9例 ,对照组 (单用二氧化碳激光治疗 ) 1 7例。治疗前后均检测两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )及可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (SIL 2R)水平。并比较两组治疗后的复发率。结果 :治疗后实验组CD+4/CD+8细胞比值升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血清IL 2水平升高 ,SIL 2R水平下降(P <0 0 5 ) ;对照组无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗后实验组复发率较对照组降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :香菇菌多糖对CA患者的细胞免疫功能有调节作用 ,并能降低CA治疗后的复发率。
Objective: To observe the immune modulatory and therapeutic effect of lentinan on condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: Thirty six CA patients were randomly divided into two groups, 19 in the test group treated with lentinan plus CO 2 laser irradiation and 17 in the control group treated with laser irradiation alone. Their T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood and level of serum interleukin 2 (IL 2) and soluable interleukin 2 receptor (SIL 2R) were determined before and after treatment, and the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, in the test group, the CD 4/CD 8 ratio, serum IL 2 raised and serum SIL 2R lowered significantly (P<0 05, 0.05, 0.05 respectively) as compared with before treatment, while those parameters were not changed significantly in the control group. The recurrence rate of the test group was lower than that of the control group, P<0 05. Conclusion: Lentinan could modulate the cellular immunofunction of CA patients and reduce the recurrence rate of CA.
