2型糖尿病患者血清胆红素水平的检测及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清胆红素(BIL)水平变化及临床意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪分别对120例T2DM患者(观察组)和60例健康体检者(对照组)进行BIL[总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)]检测。结果观察组糖化血红蛋白(GHbA1c)增高者(60例)TBIL和IBIL水平明显低于GHbA1c正常者(60例)和对照组(P均<0.05),DBIL水平无统计学差异。结论T2DM患者胆红素水平降低可加重病情;应采取相应措施维持胆红素水平。
