老年慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑利钠肽、肾素活性及其血钠水平的相关性探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(心衰)的患者血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)、肾素(PRA)活性与血钠水平的关系。方法采用放射免疫法测定51例伴低钠血症的心衰患者(观察组)和45例正常血钠的慢性心衰患者(对照组)的血浆BNP、PRA水平,分析血钠与BNP、PRA的相关性。观察两组90 d再住院率。结果观察组血浆BNP、PRA水平较对照组相同心功能级别者显著升高;血浆BNP、PRA水平与血钠呈显著负相关(P分别<0.01、0.05);观察组90 d再住院率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论低钠血症可加重老年慢性心衰患者的病情,其机制为激活BNP、PRA等神经内分泌因子。
